Vecta Inc. (“Vecta”), formerly known as Sunnyside Bancorp Inc. (“SNNY”) is a publicly reporting savings and loan holding company which has been traded under the symbol “SNNY” on the OTC Market. SNNY filed a name change to change the name of the savings and loan holding company to Vecta Inc.
Vecta currently has one operating subsidiary, which is Sunnyside Federal Savings and Loan Association of Irvington (the “Bank”), which has one location, at 56 Main Street, Irvington, New York.
Vecta’s proposed goals are to increase the capital available to the Bank, expand the current business lines offered by the Bank, and to analyze and address new business lines, products and services that management feels would be beneficial to Vecta and the Bank.
On June 1, 2022, Vecta Partners LLC completed the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of SNNY. Vecta Partners is a family office focused on identifying undervalued opportunities. We provide capital, and management expertise to enhance shareholder value.
