Since earning his degree from the Harvard Law School (1979, cum laude), Mr. Brantl has focused his practice on the financial concerns of small and midcap enterprises, both public and private, domestic and foreign, including matters of securities regulation, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contracts. For the past twenty years, Mr. Brantl has practiced as a sole practitioner, representing companies listed on NASDAQ, the NYSE American, and OTC Markets. Mr. Brantl is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
