Vecta Inc., (“Vecta”) is a publicly reporting savings and loan holding company which currently has one operating subsidiary, Sunnyside Federal Savings and Loan Association of Irvington (the “Bank”).

Vecta intends to expand the business lines of the Bank, as well as expand the number of businesses controlled by the savings and loan holding company.
